Cook yourself some 'Success' - The recipe is here - By Kisal Rajakaruna

Everybody dreams of success but not everybody gets to be successful.
If you don’t take an action now, you will have to watch success slip through your fingers and settle for second place.

Why should you let that happen when you can control the outcome?

Do you know why you fail?
Fear and Lethargy – The assassins of success.

There are people going through hardships that most don’t even know about and yet they succeed because it’s not about where you come from or what you have. It’s about heart (perseverance).

On the path to success there will come a time when being smart isn’t enough. You need to have perseverance towards your ideals. You need to have a why. Every time a successful figure talks about their past they speak about hardships, but that never dragged them down.

It only made them stronger. The reason is they had a WHY. They had their parents counting on them and they had their families counting on them. It was a game where they had to be all in or it was over.

Stop being afraid to fail and stop being afraid to go to lengths that your parents or your friends couldn’t. This is a generation that has recourse after recourse and yet I know so many people who are too lazy to wake up in the morning to get to a lecture.

We have become soft generation that quits on everything tough. Now you ask yourself if that didn’t sound familiar....

Now’s the time you give it everything you got. No more partying, no more playing and no more lying around. If your grades aren’t going up what you need to be doing is studying. If you’re not able to meet a deadline what you need to be doing is working.

Once you start to do that you will start to see results and that dream of success that was becoming a blur will suddenly seem a lot more realistic.

To quote a famous saying
“Most of you want success but you don’t want it bad, you just kind of want it. You don’t want it as bad as you want to party, you don’t want it as bad as you want to be cool. Most of you don’t want success as bad as you want to sleep! Some of you love sleep more than you love success and I’m here to tell you today that if you want to be successful you got to be willing to give up sleep.”

Think of it this way. Every minute that you spend sleeping, someone else is working. Every minute that you spend drinking and partying, someone else is working.

Who do you think is going to be successful in the end?

The recipe is now in your hands.......

Will you cook the meal?
